Don't Lose Out

I know you’ve heard the cliché saying, “Life is what you make it”. I’ve heard it numerous times, and lately I’ve been really putting some thought into its meaning. We’ve each been given the gift of life, and with that gift we have the free will to essentially design our destinies and follow our heart’s bliss. Yet so many people don’t. So many people settle for average.

Just Above The Clouds

I recently took a trip to Jersey, and on the day I was leaving Chicago the weather was gray, cloudy and rainy but just above the clouds there was a beautiful horizon. It was such a great reminder for me that no matter how gray a situation may seem, there is always sunshine to be found! I hope you enjoy the pics of the horizon and the peaceful clouds!
